Alien: Covenant – will it be Ridley’s redemption?

I wonder what Ridley Scott from 1979 would say to the Ridley of 2017 in the wake of seeing both Prometheus and now Alien Covenant?

If there is one director besides George Lucas that has managed to raise the ire of geeks the world over, it would be Ridley Scott. When Prometheus hit theatres in 2012 after much hype, nerds everywhere collectively lost their shit. Not in a good way either.

As a result, expectations were low for Alien: Covenant.
